Abstract:

Autecological studies which is concerned with the study of relationship between species with surrounding environment provide basic information for the management of rangeland ecosystems. The autecological study Capparis spinosa L. was carried out in Sistan region. After determining habitat of this species, edaphic and climatic features relevant habitat, plant root systems, procedures phenology, seed weight and number of buds on each base were determined. The results showed that these spccies have been in sites such as discrete Eastern and had been Western parts of the region. Soil habitat of this species sandy loam texture and sandy clay loam, pH 8 to 6.8, and soil salinity, 3.1 to 7.58 dS. The average plant canopy covered 9 to 5.17 percent in the respective habitat. These racing roots up to two meters deep were observed. Phenological stages of the study species showed that the growth of then started and early in flowering march pully plants June was observed. The seeds in the beginning and middle of the June and also middle of August were observed August. The number of buds on each base were 30 and the weight of thousand seeds was 4-2 gram. Due to high resistance against these adverse natural conditions such as extreme heat zone, low humidity and sand storms, can be used in revived and reformed program in Sistan plain pastures.

BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE: Many factors affect the speed and quality of wound healing. One of the purposes of medical sciences is wound healing in a short time with reduced side effects, since the effect and mechanism of action of Capers extract is not known on oral wound healing, this study was conducted to investigate the effect of the extract of this plant for the first time in oral wound healing in mice.METHODS: Thirty-six adult male wistar rats weighing approximately 150-200 g each were used in the present study. We have 2 main groups, first group sacrificed at 5 days and second group at 10 days. Each of the groups was randomly subdivided into three subgroups as following: 1.rats treated with 200 mg/kg dosage, 2.rats treated with 300 mg/kg dosage, 3. Control groups (treated with distilled water), and each group contains 6 rats. After anesthesia wound was placed on the right side of dorsal surface of the tongue and the time of sacrifice histopathological examination, morphometry and immunohistochemistry was performed.FINDINGS: After 5 days; Histopathological studies showed inflammatory cells (mast cells) count in treatment group with 200 mg/kg extraction dosage and blood vessels count in treated groups with 300 mg/kg was significantly higher than control groups. Result showed new epithelium is thicker in treated groups is higher compare to control group but it was not statistically significant although papillae thickness was significantly higher and lamina properia was lower in treatment groups. Results from immunohistochemistry showed significant lower nitric oxide synthase in treated group with 200mg/kg. Results after 10 days: results showed no significant results.CONCLUSION: Capers extract by increasing the thickness of the epithelium papillae, reducing the thickness of the lining, increasing the number of blood vessels, increasing the number of mast cells and reduced expression of Nitric oxide synthases (INOS) can be involved in wound healing, oral rats

Capparis spinosa L. has been used in traditional medicine of Sistan region to treatment of liver, spleen, anemia and weakness of body diseases. The aim of this study was to investigate the chemical composition of essential oils and optimization of antioxidant activity of Capparis spinosa L. The fruits were harvested from Nik Mohammad, Hirmand region (Sistan and Balouchestan Province) in summer 2014. The essential oil was obtained by hydro-distillation and analyzed by GC and GC-MS. The fruit extract was obtained through microwave method with three solvents (ethanol, methanol and water), extraction times, temperatures and powers of microwave. Then antioxidant capacity was studied by 2, 2’ -diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging method. Essential oils analysis were showed that there were 33 compounds in fruit oil. Thymol (24%) and isothiocyanates (29%) were the most abundant of oil constituents. According to the results, the ethanol extract which obtained by microwave power 300 W, 15 min and temperature 85ºC was optimized treatment for height antioxidant activity. The conclusions were showed that the Capparis fruit extract can be used as the potential source of natural antioxidant to diseases treatment.

Abstract:

Over production of uric acid by xanthine oxidase (XO) causes gout. XO inhibitors for example allopurinol are the most important available anti gout drugs. Medicinal herbs are available natural sources that may be useful for the treatment of gout. In this study the inhibitory activity of aqueous extracts of Matricaria chamomilla L., Hypericum perforatum L., Fraxinus excelsior L., Zea mays L., Trachyspermum copticum (L.) Link, Cynara scolymus L. and Hedera helix L. were measured. In these experiments, under controlled conditions xanthine turns into uric acid by XO. Uric acid absorbance was measured at 295 nm using a UV spectrophotometer. Adding allopurinol (as positive control) or aqueous extracts to the solution containing XO, can decrease uric acid production by inhibition of this enzyme. At first, XO inhibitory activity of allopurinol and reproducibility of the method was evaluated by conducting three experiments. The results showed an EC50= 0.43 µg/ml for allopurinol. Then, XO inhibitory activity of aqueous extracts at 0.1, 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2 and 3 mg/ml were measured. Matricaria chamomilla could inhibit enzyme up to 68% (P<0.001) while maximum XO inhibitory activities of Hypericum perforatum and Cynara scolymus were 36% (P< 0.001) and 21% (P<0.001) respectively. Other extracts did not have any significant effect on XO. Our obtained results showed that part of anti gout effects of Matricaria chamomilla, Hypericum perforatum and Cynara scolymus is due to XO inhibition.

Abstract:

In this paper, we extend the construction of a fuzzy subgroup generated by a fuzzy subset to L-setting. This construction is illustrated by an example. We also prove that for an L-subset of a group, the subgroup generated by its level subset is the level subset of the subgroup generated by that L-subset provided the given L-subset possesses sup-property.

Abstract:

In this paper, we study the notion of solvable L-subgroup of an L-group and provide its level subset characterization and this justifies the suitability of this extension. Throughout this work, we have used normality of an L-subgroup of an L-group in the sense of Wu rather than Liu.
